Paper Flower Topiary!Buy Your Candlesticks @ Mindy Mae's Market
By Morena's Corner
First I painted a 3 inch candlestick with crackle paint to give it an aged look.
Then I cut out my flowers using a shape from silhouette. Making the flowers was the most time consuming part of the process! You could also use premade flowers to speed things up.
I misted the paper lightly with water so I could use the toothpick to curl the petals.
This was just the beginning! I made approximately 60 flowers.
When I was done I glued the styrofoam ball onto the candlestick,
then I began to glue the flowers onto the ball.
I think these would make darling centerpieces, too! Or, an everyday shelf item!

That is a great idea! I was wondering what I was going to do with the candlestick holders.
